BreedingValue's sister project AGENT presents their webinar series

From January 22nd to February 12th, the AGENT project will organise a series of webinars to showcase the data outcomes achieved throughout the project.

As BreedingValue's sister project, AGENT fulfills a similar objective in improving genetic diversity and relying on data science to provide globalised solutions. Their vision is based on developing new standards of data management for wheat's and barley's genetic resources, and putting in place a standardised gene bank system. Ultimately, AGENT aims to unlock the full potential of the biological material stored in gene banks around the globe by using FAIR international data standards and an open digital infrastructure for the management of plant genetic resources.

As the project slowly reaches its end, the consortium has organised a series of four webinars presenting their advancements in data collection and processing. These events gather various partners of the project to showcase the innovative tools and solutions developed during the project.
